    Have left a few questions regarding the ‘Rewards’! I as well as some other families, have been confused with the rewards. Wouldnt these rewards that we have actually acquired, be truly rewards instead of taking them away? Rewards are rewards and should be used at his or her discretion. Also have contacted A&F many times for various problems with items not being sent properly as well as just being dismissed and then not even notified that they won’t supply the item in question that was their mixup. I have YET to get a call back from A&F with regards to active problems. Leaves us all feeling disregarded!
